"Checkout was such a hassle"
I had a frustrating time trying to check out. My payment failed twice for no clear reason, and then the whole checkout page froze. I eventually got the order through, but it was way more annoying than it should’ve been. What made it worse is that nobody followed up afterward, so I was just left wondering what happened.

"Got the wrong items in my order"
I ordered shampoo and conditioner, but when the package showed up it had two random creams in it instead. I double-checked my confirmation email and the receipt, and they both listed the right items, so the order itself was correct. Looks like it was just packed wrong, with no note or explanation included

"Didn’t feel worth the risk"
I ordered a serum from here, but it just didn’t seem right to me. The box looked a bit different, and the smell and texture weren’t like the one I usually buy. I also tried checking the batch code and couldn’t get it to match up. I emailed them, but the reply didn’t really answer my concerns. Maybe it’s fine, but for something going on my face, I don’t think it’s worth taking the chance, so I’m not going to use it

"I ordered from Your Beauty Hive and..."
I ordered from Your Beauty Hive and overall it was okay. The order process was mostly fine, but I did find myself wishing the instructions were a bit clearer, especially around what to expect after ordering. I had a question and it took a couple of days to get a reply from customer service. They were polite and did eventually help, so it wasn’t a bad experience, just a bit slow. Not terrible, but not amazing either.

"I ordered a couple of beauty bits from..."
I ordered a couple of beauty bits from Your Beauty Hive they were just okay. One of the items felt nice and did what it was supposed to, but the other was a bit disappointing and not really what I expected.
Nothing was terrible, but the whole experience felt hit and miss. I also came away feeling a bit dismissed, like my expectations or concerns didn’t really matter much. I might order again if there’s a good deal, but I’m not totally convinced.

"Delivery was slow"
I ordered this last week and, basically, it took way longer to show up than I thought it would. The items themselves were fine once they got here, no real issues there, but the delivery was just kind of slow and dragged out.

"Refund is taking forever"
I returned my order a few weeks ago and I’m still sitting here waiting for the refund. I get that returns take some time, but once I shipped it back I kind of feel like the money should’ve been back already. Just feels way slower than it needs to be

"I was really hoping they’d have more..."
I was really hoping they’d have more to choose from, but the selection felt limited. A lot of the things I was actually looking for weren’t available, and what was there all looked kind of the same. I also felt a bit pressured to just pick something and move on, which wasn’t great. In the end, I bought from another site instead.

"Box Showed Up Beat Up"
The box arrived all crushed, which was kind of annoying because I had just gotten home from running errands and was excited to open it. The packaging was ripped and dented in a few spots, so it looked like it had been tossed around. Thankfully, the item itself was fine, but the whole thing just felt a little careless.
